Job Description
Overview:
The SAP S4 Developer is part of the DevSecOps organization supporting the delivery and sustainment of PepsiCo Global Template SAP S/4 North America implementation.
This role will be primarily supporting the Order to Cash solution and will also be supporting other value streams like RTR, PTP, MTD, EAM.
This role involves in development and support of the S/4 solutions and involves the timely resolution of Production issues and ensuring the stability of Production.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and Support of SAP S/4 solutions. - Execution
Develop continuous improvements from pursuit to deployment - Execution
Work on the Production Support incidents and ensure the timely resolution - Execution
Be part of 24/7 support on-call rotation schedule
Works with customers and IT partners globally to identify and resolve application issues, escalating as required. -Execution
Partner closely with external vendors, including onshore and offshore team members. - Execution
Ensures all quality, compliance and fiscal standards are met. -Accountable
Perform quality review for any code changes migrating to Production. - Execution
Participate in the knowledge transfer of project deliverables to sustain technical team. -Informed
Qualifications:
Years of experience:
5+ years of SAP experience which includes ECC6 and S/4 HANA.
Mandatory Tech Skills:
Must have experience in S/4 specific development, CDS View/AMDP Development, oData Services.
Must have experience in development of Order to Cash solutions.
Must have experience in each of the following areas: List (Report) Programming, Dialog (Transaction) Programming, Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, BAPI etc.), Interfaces (IDOCS, Remote Function Calls, Web Services etc.) and Adobeforms/Smartforms.
Ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customization.
Experience in other SAP applications - CRM-TPM, MTD, RTR, PTP, FTS, EAM is preferable.
Exposure to the integration technologies a plus.
Mandatory Non Tech Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Available off hours, periodically, to support planned maintenance windows and crisis resolution
Collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills
Attention to detail and quality...
Ability to work independently to achieve objectives.
Strong trouble shooting skills.
