Job Title : Lead Engineer
Location : Pune
Role Description:
The area caters to Credit Risk management function for the bank. This area is responsible to assess Credit
Risk, Manage exposure to risk across various counterparty portfolios, setting up portfolio strategies and overall risk appetite, assign credit ratings to the counterparties, Manage and monitor credit Limits across various dimensions and also provide inputs to create regulatory risk reports.
We are in the journey of building a Strategic platform "GCRS", which will be used by entire bank for various credit risk management tasks across all categories. The platform is an integrated application covering end to end credit risk workflow, automated in-system workflow, quality controlled data, enable multitasking on screen and enable adding future functionalities.
The entire technology suite stack are Java, Oracle, AngularJS [UI], Spring. In terms of tooling and framework we are using Cloud platforms (AWS/Goolge Cloud/Azure) TeamCity/Jenkins, Cucumber, Liquibase, Jama, uDeploy, OpenShift, SonarCube and SAFe Agile , DevOps to name a few.

Your Key responsibilities:
• The Principal Architect influences the organisation and the engineering community in particular to deliver solutions that comply with the Architecture Blue Print and with the Target State Architecture of the Bank.
• They have an advanced understanding of IT Industry trends and enterprise-scale methodologies, processes, techniques and technologies for delivering effective IT solutions that achieve the target state architecture. Governance, security and quality assurance is consistently and comprehensively implemented for their division.
• Collaborating with solution and Product Management, Architect plays a critical role in aligning teams to a shared technical direction toward the accomplishment of the vision and roadmap. Architect support solution development by providing , communicating and evolving the broader technology and architectural view of the solution
• Work with stakeholders to establish technical product vision and enable its delivery in an iterative manner
• Participate in planning ,definition and high level design of the solution and explore solution alternatives
• Provide leadership and guidelines on sustainability and suitability of the solution
• Support continuous improvement of the team's process
Your Skills and Experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with competing and alternating priorities
• Ability to balance business demands and IT fulfilment in terms of standardisation ,reducing risk and increasing IT flexibility
• Experience in the IT delivery and architecture , application design and programming in a large enterprise working on mission-critical IT systems
• Proven history of implementing technology roadmaps and providing subject matter expertise in specific technologies
• Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal
