Job description
We are looking for Lead Engineers - Automation Mechanical
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Location: Bangalore
Notice: Immediate to 45 days max
Technical Skills Required:
• Strong proficiency in CAD tools, especially Siemens NX.
• Have strong Mechanical engineering fundamentals for design and assembly of automation components like conveyors, lifts, material handling, material transfer, robotics etc.
• Have good knowledge on engineering materials and components - metals, plastics, bearings, rollers.
• In-depth knowledge of automation systems, robotics, machine design, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and tolerance analysis.
Leadership Skills Required:
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex automation projects in a manufacturing environment.
