Lead Engineer

Design and Develop Automation Solutions: Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable automation solutions for various enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, Financial Systems).

· Process Analysis and Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend automation opportunities that drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.

· RPA Development: Develop and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots using leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
