Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in both MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Python (preferably Django or Flask). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing scalable web applications, integrating frontend and backend components seamlessly, and leading development initiatives in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using MERN Stack and Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, adhering to industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Work with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure security, data protection, and compliance in all solutions.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Contribute to the architectural and technological evolution of the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong backend development experience using Python with frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database design and performance optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
