Job Description: (Lead Developer Java- Backend, 7-+ yrs Experience, Location : JAIPUR, Work from Office)
We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer Java- Backend to join our high-paced delivery team .An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment , Someone that values the “team” and leverages the opinions and expertise of their team-mates to deliver quality. As a Lead Developer, you will be developing the detailed design structure implementing the best practices and coding standards, leading a team of developers for successful delivery of the project. You will be working on design, architecture and hands-on coding.
Responsibilities:
• Development team to analyze, design, and implement enterprise-wide Java based applications
• Utilize and promote Standards, Best Practices, Design Patterns;
• Planning, analyzing and defining solutions through business, functional and technical expertise;
• Work with product managers on issues or questions related to system requirements;
• Responding to inquiries concerning application development and support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microservices, REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML and containers (docker);
• Deep hands-on expertise with Java 8, Collections, Multithreading, Spring, Spring Boot, MVC
• Good knowledge of database concepts with working knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures, XQuery and XML Query;
• Proficiency with at least one ORM/Persistence Framework: Hibernate, JPA;
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users;
• AWS; Docker / Kubernetes;
• Proficiency with Source Control: BitBucket/GIT, Subversion (SVN), Perforce, or similar;
• Must possess good leadership skills and have ability to lead a team of 5-8 developers.
