Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for review of requirement on DO178 guidelines.
Oversee code reviews.
Perform Requirement Based Testing per DO178C Level A, Do functional and structural tests and reviews.
Responsible for documentation (lessons learnt report, problem report) etc.
Participate in requirement gathering and work on proposals.
Perform Model Based Testing and Model Based Coverage Analysis in accordance to DO178C Leve A
Participate in documentation reviews, project reviews.
Review work of Engineers.
Guide team members on execution of projects.
Schedule tasks and set targets for team to follow, regularly monitor progress and measure performance. Give feedback and constantly motivate subordinates.
Basic Qualifications
Graduation in Engineering/Masters in Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in Avionics domain
Very good experience in: Python & DO-178B/C, Matlab , Simulink
