With a strong presence in the North America financial markets and a rapidly growing in other markets, the group is now looking to increase its market share globally by building new capabilities as Analytics as Service � A one stop shop solution for all Analytics need through API and Cloud first Position Summary: Analytics Solution Architect group is looking for highly motivated and skilled Solution architect/engineer to join our diverse teams of solution architectures. You will design, implementing complex technical system architecture that meets the business requirement aligned to strategic goals and organizational IT standards. This role requires collaborating closely with multi-functional teams such as project managers, developments, engineers, DevOps, security, and operations to bring the solutions to the life. You will serve as both a technical SME and a strategic advisor, ensuring that solution are scalable, resilient, secure, efficient, and cost-effective. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Create, implement end-to-end cloud based technology solutions to meet business and IT requirements, focusing on functionality, scalability, integration, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Develop architecture solution, including the design of systems, data flow, integration patterns that aligns to well architected principals and standard, along with documented detailed solution blueprints, architecture decisions, and design specification. Hands-On Development and Implementations: Actively participate in hands-on development alongside developer, contributing to system design, debugging and testing as well as collaborate with DevOps team to setup environment and implementing architected solution designs. Use modern frameworks, cloud technologies, and containerization tools (e.g.: Kubernetes, docker) to build and deploy application in lower environments. Collaborate with developers and other partners to build the solution to the design specification, and help resolving any technical challenges while designing and implementing solutions. Technology Strategy and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends and methodologies, and incorporate/advocate relevant innovations to the solutions for supporting organization�s long-term strategy. Identify and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development processes and system performance. Integration and Scalability: Design and implement integrated solutions to ensure seamless flow between systems for both internal and external, while ensuring that architectural decisions enable design to be scalable, resilient, performant, and cost-effective. Quality Assurance and Standard processes: Present solution design and implementation to Design authority, get reviewed and approvals to ensure the design meets the required quality standards. Ensure the solution is following established development and architectural standard methodologies. Security, Compliance and Risk: Ensure that the solution designs meet the industry security standard and compliance requirements, aligns to organization security requirements. Collaborate with security team to conduct risk assessments of the solution and provide mitigation strategies to ensure resilience and security of the solution. Documentation and Reporting: Documents architecture designs, decision, and configuration in clear and accessible manner, while providing regular reports on status of the architecture effort and solution implementation to leadership and partners. Collaborate and assist Ops team for operational readiness documentations. Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor�s or master�s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field is preferred 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, solution architecture, or related technical roles. Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying large-scale systems or applications. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and-cloud native architecture. Experience in developing microservices, APIs and/or integrating complex systems. Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Python, R, Java, Java Scripts or Scala Familiarity with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, docker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Knowledge of data storage solution (SQL/NoSQL databases, data lakes,) and data processing frameworks. Experience with AI platform (Azure AI, Google AI, AWS AI) and understanding of ethical AI practice, data privacy is plus. Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model AI evaluation is plus. Strong problem-solving and solving skills to resolve sophisticated problems in fast-paces environments, and ability to work in a team. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to tackle complex technical challenges.
