Position Overview Position Description VP Strategic Development supports senior management in formulating, executing and communicating the strategy of the bank. They will supports executive decision making on Infrastructure strategic matters and takes ownership of the programme management and implementation of associated change programmes. Typically, the Strategic Development specialist supports Change management projects through taking ownership for specific parts of the programme management and managing multiple stakeholder (CIO/CIO-1) interests. Responsibilities include: provides solutions holistically with project team and identifies value creation opportunities, in light of divisional and the Bank's strategic priorities develops and leverages expertise in a discreet subject area leads and supports team members to ensure project progress and impact. Lead role on strategy execution initiatives to meet the Bank's strategy and ensure that business benefits are achieved. Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the Bank, providing thought leadership and acting as a trusted adviser. Broad change skillset includes Business Analysis, Programme Management, Process Improvement/Re-engineering, Change Adoption and Test Management. Design, implement or review the risk & control/ Regulatory strategy providing a consolidated view of non-financial risks for a sub-division. This includes working with risk specialists on key issues, cyclical activities such as annual control self-assessments, control testing, incident research, remediation monitoring and other deep dive reviews. Manage key relationships with other risk and control functions, including driving transparency and consistency. Run Ad-hoc data analysis to derive key insights to drive decision making Ensure adherence
