Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic person with an entrepreneurial mindset to help build and scale Events & Experiential Marketing vertical from the ground up. The ideal candidate brings deep relationships in the brand and agency ecosystem, a strong understanding of event marketing and experiential activations, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into large-format projects.
You will play a foundational leadership role in shaping BMA’s next phase of growth - establishing partnerships, creating new revenue streams, and positioning BMA as the preferred partner for event-event-led brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
· Build & Lead a New Vertical: Develop and grow BMA’s Events & Experiential Marketing division with clear business and revenue goals.
· Drive Business Development: Identify, pitch, and win mandates from corporates, brands, and agencies for experiential campaigns, talent-led collaborations, influencer partnerships, brand activations, and live events.
· Strategic Partnerships: Forge relationships with CXOs, CMOs, and marketing heads to drive repeat business and long-term collaborations.
· Concept to Execution: Collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned experiences.
· Revenue Ownership: Own the P&L, forecast targets, and deliver measurable growth.
· Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in events, branded experiences, and entertainment marketing
What We’re Looking For
· 5 - 7 years of proven experience in Business Development / Client Servicing / Partnerships in events, experiential marketing, or brand activation agencies.
· Strong existing network with corporates, brands, and marketing decision-makers.
· Proven track record of conceptualizing and closing large-scale events and partnerships.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and executional agility.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
