Lead Facilitator (Casual) — Digital Safety & Employability (90-minute group blocks)
Location: Unit 1, 454 St Kilda Road, Melbourne (plus occasional onsite delivery)
Hours: 2–4 days/week available (Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat), session-based
Pay: $60–$90/hour (based on experience) + paid prep time per block
Start: Immediate

We deliver structured 90-minute group sessions focused on digital safety, job readiness, and confidence, with same-day provider reporting. Our system is template-driven and professional.
What you’ll deliver
90-minute blocks (small cohorts; typical 10 participants, sometimes 40 for council cohorts)
Facilitate discussions, activities, and practical exercises
Capture attendance + engagement rating at the end
Complete a short session summary (template provided)
You’re a fit if you have experience in
Employability / job search / career coaching, OR
Community training / adult education, OR
Digital literacy / cyber safety / scam awareness, OR
Workforce Australia / DES / NDIS employment support environments
Requirements
Confident presenting to groups
Professional communication
Police Check (or willing to obtain)
WWCC preferred (required if any youth delivery occurs)
Reliable availability and punctuality
