Main Responsibilities:
• Design and develop knit and woven apparel collections, ensuring they meet the brand's standards and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product viability and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and innovations in knit and woven fabrics.
• Create detailed technical specifications and oversee the sampling process.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve any issues during the manufacturing process.
• Presentation of design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and gathering feedback.
• Maintenance of organized design records and documentation.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of textile properties and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
