Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our team at Prometheus Consulting Services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced designers who want to take their skills to the next level. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative knit and woven apparel collections that align with our brand's vision.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop knit and woven apparel collections, ensuring they meet the brand's standards and quality expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product viability and adherence to quality standards.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and innovations in knit and woven fabrics.

• Create detailed technical specifications and oversee the sampling process.

• Work closely with production teams to resolve any issues during the manufacturing process.

• Presentation of design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and gathering feedback.

• Maintenance of organized design records and documentation.

• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Strong understanding of textile properties and manufacturing processes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• A competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.
