The Role Financial Analyst is responsible for tracking revenue and cost for sets of accounts for a sector. Job requires working closely with business leader as a trusted business advisor. This includes forecasting of revenue and cost and GP, suggesting GP Margin improvement plans, variance analysis of movement of cost and revenue. Cost control by having a sharp view of cost allocations from other functions, preparation of charts for management on Income and Expenditure view on weekly basis. Submission of variance analysis for forecast Vs actuals during the month end close.As a team player, has to work with other contract financial Analysts' in team to ensure billings to customer is as per billing schedule. Required Technical and Professional Experience 1-2 years of Finance / Accounting work experience. Deep knowledge of Accounting in IT Industry. Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant. Forecasting abilities. Balance sheet Analysis. Reconciliations technique. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Commensurate with Accounting Standards on Revenue / Cost recognition applicable to Industry Standards. Advanced Balance Sheet Analysis relating to DSO / Provision for Doubtful Debts / PoC.
