Summary :
- The role of FP&A Lead is to direct and oversee the FP&A/Financial Reporting team's operational performance and ensure excellent service delivery in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIs.
- Ensure team members deliver performance that meets or exceeds the Service Level Agreement in terms of quality and efficiency; serves as a point of escalation for issues and drives issues to resolution; generates ideas for and participates in process improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct supervision of his/her team on day-to-day responsibilities, motivate team to achieve highest level of quality, efficiency and meet or exceed all goals. Build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Responsible to meet the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements that will support internal business analysis and business decisions
- Be the point of contact for Financial Planning and Reporting for US Region
- Monitor and measure the performance of the FP&A/Reporting business process in the Jaipur Centre
- Accountable for evaluating, reconciling and resolving management reporting requirements and issues, ensuring accuracy of reports and alignment between BU level, country level, region level and global financial reports
