About The Role
Topa Group is partnering with a well-established fire protection contractor that is actively expanding its inspection & service division. They’re seeking an experienced NICET Level III Fire Sprinkler Inspector to handle code-driven inspections, testing, and reporting across commercial and industrial facilities.
This is a long-term, stable role (not project-to-project) with consistent inspection volume, strong internal support, and opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform NFPA 13, 25 fire sprinkler inspections, testing, and deficiencies
• Inspect wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems
• Complete inspection reports using digital platforms
• Identify deficiencies and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams
• Coordinate with service and repair teams for follow-up work
• Maintain compliance with local AHJ requirements
• Travel locally to customer sites (no excessive overnight travel)
What They’re Looking For
• NICET Level III – Fire Sprinkler Inspection (required)
• 5+ years of fire sprinkler inspection experience
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes & standards
• Experience inspecting commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong documentation and customer communication skills
Nice to Have
• State or local sprinkler licenses
• Backflow or fire pump inspection experience
• NICET Level IV (or working toward it)
