Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Follow-Up Executive to manage and nurture inbound leads generated through our marketing campaigns. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with interested customers, schedule appointments, and support the sales conversion process.
This role does NOT involve lead generation or cold calling.
You will only work on leads already provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with new leads shared by the company
Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer requirements and provide basic service information
Schedule appointments, site visits, or consultations
Maintain lead updates and follow-up status in CRM/Google Sheets
Ensure timely follow-ups until lead conversion or closure
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth customer handling
Share daily and weekly follow-up progress reports
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (Marathi preferred)
Strong follow-up discipline and customer-friendly attitude
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently
Prior experience in sales support, telecalling, or customer service is a plus
