Financial Planning & Analysis Lead
We're redefining the future of banking with AI at interface.ai. Our cutting-edge Generative AI-powered platform serves over 100 banks and credit unions, delivering hyper-personalized customer interactions across voice, chat, and employee-assisting solutions.
As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead, you will be a strategic finance business partner working closely with the CFO/Finance Head to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop annual and quarterly planning cycles, build financial models for various scenarios, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Own department-level budgeting exercises and perform monthly/quaterly variance analysis.
• SaaS Metrics Ownership: Track and report key SaaS KPIs, build dashboards, and financial scorecards for leadership.
• Data Infrastructure & Systems: Drive automation using tools that streamline processes and build live data models to showcase current and future states.
• Investor & Board Support: Compile board decks, investor presentations, and fundraising support material.
Your Qualifications:
• Minimum 4-6 years in FP&A, with at least 2-3 years in SaaS or AI/Tech companies.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, financial modeling, and proficiency in SaaS metrics.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau, Salesforce is required.
• Experience in a $10M–$50M ARR environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the US market is a plus.
