Come join Jayman MasterFRAME a lead framer. Jayman BUILT builds approximately 500 homes per year in Calgary. We are seeking a new Lead Framer within our MasterFrame division reporting to the General Manager.

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000

Bonus potential.

What you will bring to the table:

Lead Framing Carpenter with 5 – 7 years framing experience.

Proven hands-on leadership with a track record of mentoring and training framing crews.

Strong blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret plans and direct team members accordingly.

Experience with material take-offs – a strong asset that will help with planning and resource management.

A strong commitment to jobsite safety.
