About This Opportunity
This is a unique chance to work with one of the most reputable Tier 1 operators in the energy sector. As a Lead Front-End Development Engineer, you will be responsible for leading teams to optimise project value and reduce cycle times. You will ensure compliance with Australian and ASME standards and provide engineering oversight to maintain scope integrity.
Responsibilities
• Lead front-end project development to optimise project value and reduce cycle times
• Ensure compliance with Australian and ASME standards
• Provide engineering oversight to maintain scope integrity through FEED & Detailed Design
• Manage risk through HAZID, HAZOP, CHAZOP, and LOPA processes
• Support technical reviews, BOD development, P&ID creation, and RFIs/TQs
• Standardise development designs to enhance efficiency across projects
Requirements
• 10+ years' experience in Oil & Gas or a similar industry
• Chartered Engineer status
• Technical Authority Level 2 (TA2) capability as a minimum
• Strong knowledge of Australian and ASME standards applicable to Oil & Gas
• Experience as a practicing Electrical Engineer in Upstream or Processing Facilities
