Retail Pulse is disrupting the Kirana Tech space with its AI capabilities to drive real-time insights from millions of Kirana stores, enabling decisioning at the speed of thought. Retail Pulse has been built ground up with new age technology to empower businesses and Kirana retailers. Our technology has analysed millions of stores and we are proud to be working with some of the biggest FMCG companies and startups in this space.
We are looking for a React Native Lead who will own the development of our mobile app which is growing at 60% MOM and already has 3L+ installs & 4.5+ Rating in just the last 4 months.
You will lead the journey of making it to 10M+. You will work closely with Founders, Product managers, and Data Scientists & Customers to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Taking ownership of app's performance, scalability, architecture and technical debts.
• Helping and mentoring other senior, junior developers with technical guidance and development.
• Building tech processes for better and faster app deployments.
• Hiring great engineers to the team for rapid startup growth.
• Plan, estimate, own the deliverables of the mobile apps.
• Breakdown of requirements into actionable tasks.
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience working with React Native
• Experience with React Js, Javascript & Typescript.
• Ability to take extreme ownership.
• Understanding of pixel perfect UI, smooth animations, clean & modular code, latest enhancements in React-Native community and best practices
• Ability to build api contracts for easier frontend code.
• Hands-on with writing automated test cases using Jest or any other Js automation library.
• Experience is working on native(Android or iOS) is a big plus
• Having built/ relished the chaos and pressure in a startup before, is a huge bonus. We encourage ex-founders to work with us.
