What You’ll Do
• Architect, design, and deliver scalable enterprise applications.
• Build integrations and connectors across complex systems (Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD, HR, and more).
• Work hands-on with React, Node.js, and Python for robust front-end and backend systems.
• Implement secure IAM frameworks (OAuth 2.0, SAML) and cloud-native solutions.
• Drive DevOps practices (CI / CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Jenkins).
• Collaborate with leadership to define technical vision and execute critical projects.
• Mentor the next wave of engineers and shape Autharva’s engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years in software engineering; 4–6 years leading or architecting systems.
• Strong track record of working with publicly traded U.S. companies on enterprise-scale projects.
• Deep experience with AWS, Azure, secure IAM, and integrations.
• Mastery of full-stack engineering (Node.js, React, Python, PostgreSQL).
• Solid foundation in DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Jenkins, CI / CD).
• Relevant AWS and Azure certifications.
