The Product Incubation and Application Modernization vertical of Boeing India Engineering (BIE) Software team is currently looking for a Lead Full Stack Software Developer to join their team in Bangalore. This team develops software applications and solutions that create direct value for aviation customers. We provide re-vamped work environments focused on delivering data-driven solutions at a rapidly increased pace over traditional development. Position Responsibilities:
• For a given scope area, evaluate architectural models and perform/drive in-depth analysis of systems, data flows processes, and KPIs/metrics about the current state.
• Develop understanding of business processes, data flows, strategy, and long term thinking to come up with an end-state architecture for large and complex aviation related systems.
• Look ahead and learn the new domains to proactively scope system and technology landscape and prepare for the next business/technical challenge.
• This position will require some travel within India and internationally.
• Mentors junior team members on technical aspects. Hiring/Grooming the best talent
• The selected individual will be a skilled, highly professional engineer, work collaboratively with an international team comprising software development, product management, and business analysis.
• Engage with tech/non-tech Executive leaders on gaps/ recommendations
• The candidate must work in close collaboration with the chief architect in a SAFe environment and bring in the following values
• Vision: While Product Management provides the business vision, the Solution Architect is the single point of contact for the technical vision of our products and ensures that both the business vision and the technical vision are aligned
• Organization liaison: You have a good understanding of what is happening in different parts of the organization in the architecture domain and make sure that decisions made in the domain are anchored to the rest of the organization
• Representation in our Agile Release Trains: You ensure that the architecture work packages are properly represented in the release trains and you also help the release management team to find the balance between necessary architecture work and features needed in the product
• Leadership: As a servant leader you are:
• Accountable for the continuous evolution of architecture
• Providing the necessary technical facilitation when needed
• Partnering with the other architects and coaching the development teams
• Big picture: You have a good understanding of how the big picture is formed – how different products come together and serve the business.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Technical Bachelor's degree or Master degree is required.
• Full-stack software Development Expertise (if done architecture also – that’s nice to have), Designing and Developing full stack modules and components for web applications (frontend and backend services)
• Experience in designing UX for simplifying user experience and dashboards for viewing high volume of information
• Expertise in hosting and configuring Data Annotation tools, defining meta data for media types such as Images, Audio, Video, model-based data capture
• Preferred Experience in Playing liaison role with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts to translate business requirements to conceptual designs
• Hands-on experience of services-oriented architecture, system scalability and reliability, enterprise application integration, and operational support issues.
• Exposure to Cloud native architectures, Micro-services, Micro frontends, Webservices, etc
• Design and Architecture exposure in Message-oriented-middleware such as Spring AMQP, JMS, MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Streams
• Strong knowledge in UI frameworks – JS, HTML5, CSS, Angular, ReactJS, Micro-Frontends
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Data Structures, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JPA, Spring Batch, Microservices, Hibernate, Service Discovery (Consul), Spring Integration, Spring Webflux, Spring Security.
• Knowledge of Scheduling framework like AutoSys, Quartz Scheduler
• Extensive experience with Architecting, Designing and Developing full stack solutions on Azure Cloud
• Knowledge of Cloud system such as Azure, AWS, analytics Tools and techniques
• Experience in using various Azure Services including IAM, Storage, Compute, Azure Kubertnertes Service (AKS), App Service, Azure Functions etc.
• Experience in Relational Databases (MySQL, Postgres), No-SQL (Mongo, Dynamo, etc)
• Enterprise Integration solution expertise such as Apache Camel
• Good exposure on Containerization, docker, Orchestrators such as Kubernetes, Netflix Conductor
• Excellent presentation & communication skills – proficient in “business-speak” and “tech-speak” and fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of AI/ML/Deep Learning algorithms - learning experience is good; pilot/production knowledge preferred.
• Have experience in ALM tools (GitLab, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory)
• Good understanding in Azure DEVOPS, DEV-SEC-OPS or any other Devops lifecycle
• Azure Certification is preferable (any of these AZ 204/AZ-303/AZ-304/AZ-305)
• Working exposure with Agile (Scrum & SAFe) and DevOps is a must
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 13 Plus years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 12 years' related work experience.
