Dear Candidate,
We have a WFH opportunity for Recruitment Executive in Reputed Recruitment Consultancy.
Role & responsibilities
• Cv / resume sourcing from job portals like Naukri, monster etc.
• Finding and understanding the relevant cv/resume according to the Job Description.
• Cv / resume screening of the candidate's profile.
• Taking Telephonic Interviews.
• Scheduling candidates for further rounds of interview.
• Updating and maintaining daily tracker with candidate's details
• Following up with the candidates until joined.
• Expected to do complete end-to-end recruitment.
Preferred candidate profile
Designation Recruitment Executive
Experience - 0-5 years
Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days
Experienced Candidate's Salary - Depends on the experience and current or last CTC.
Location - Permanent Work from Home (WFH ).
Work timings - Flexible login time between 9-10 a.m. (9 hrs. a day includes 1 hour of break can be taken anytime accordingly )
9 a.m. to 6 p.m.| 9:30 am to 6:30 pm | 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. | Monday to Friday full day + 3 Saturday (half day) and last Saturday of the month is off and Sundays fixed off.
Must Have - Candidate must have their own laptop or system in working condition with good internet connection.

Responsibilities
• Understand how the ICI product works and how it is used by customers.
• Work closely with the customers (Global Customer Base) to answer questions about features and capabilities of our product, Interact with customers on/off-site to work on new product enhancements and configuration changes, implement new changes by using functional skills on customer environments.
• Provide consultation on product features, review customer implementation and enhance the customer system for a better user experience.
• Develop knowledgebase articles/training materials for both customer and internal staff to help them to become self-sufficient.

• Role may involve travel to customer locations.
Qualifications
• 8 + years previous experience in an Application Support/Functional Consultant role.
• Should have completed one full/partial implementation cycle on functional requirement from discovery to delivery of the requirement.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Exposure to Windows Azure and Cloud Computing will be an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of customer support processes and tools. Ability to follow defined processes.
• The ability to coordinate, follow up, follow through and drive issues to closure proactively.
• The ability to be a good listener, and to understand customer requirements. Ability to provide innovative workarounds or design a solution to fix customers requirements.
