The Lead Game Designer will be responsible for overseeing the game development process, creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences, and shaping the overall creative vision for projects. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring the quality and success of game projects.
Qualifications
• Level Design and Game Design skills
• Experience in Game Development and designing for Console and Mobile Games
• Strong creativity and innovation in game design
• Proficiency in game engines and design tools
• Knowledge of game mechanics and player experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to mentor and guide a team of designers
• Degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field
