Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate to identify and connect with potential clients who may require website development or social media marketing.
This is a part-time, remote, commission-based opportunity suitable for students, freelancers, or individuals interested in business development and sales.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential businesses, initiate conversations, and pass qualified leads to our team for closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify businesses that may need website development or digital marketing services
Reach out to potential clients through your own professional network, LinkedIn profile, email, referrals, or other outreach methods
Introduce LaunchBetter’s services to potential prospects
Share qualified leads or schedule meetings with our team
Maintain a simple record of leads generated
Important Note:
This role focuses on independent lead generation through personal outreach and networking.
Associates will not be given access to LaunchBetter’s social media accounts or marketing platforms. Outreach should be done through personal networks and communication channels.
Who Can Apply:
Students, freelancers, or individuals interested in sales, marketing, or business development
Good communication and networking skills
Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
Self-motivated and proactive
Compensation:
Commission-based only (no fixed salary)
5%–8% commission on every successfully closed project generated through your lead
Commission depends on the value of the project closed
Example:
If a ₹50,000 website project is closed through your lead, your commission could be ₹2,500–₹4,000
Work Mode:
Remote
Part-time / flexible hours

Associates are expected to generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and organic methods.
