Primary Requirements

● Should be able to generate leads, mainly email and contact numbers.

● Should be able to Verify the lead generated to reduce the bounce rate.

● Should be able to work with Linkedin, Directories etc

● Should be able to draft and send email, track the email performance, do A/B testing with

the email content.

● Should be ready to work in a target bound atmosphere with incentive based on

performance.

● Should have generated B2B Leads

● Experience in generating business with client relationships, follow-ups and solution

consultation.

● Good at researching, drafting and implementing new sales strategies with proven

experience. Should be able to help target new geographic territories.

● Should be very good at initial response based on the client's problem statement.

● Very strong on client follow ups

● Excellent verbal & written communication

● Bachelors in IT or equivalent degree with minimum 3 years of relevant IT

services/solutions sales experience.

● 70% across the academic career

● Should be persistent & persuasive in approach and capable of making decisions.

● Professional degrees in IT are preferred.

Plus Advantage if the candidate has below mentioned skills

● Managing bidding portals & Experience writing technical proposals.

● Working with Social media platforms and lead generations via social media would be

plus

● Digital marketing knowledge would be a plus

● Quick decision making and competitor analysis
