Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, partnerships, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Qualify prospects, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable services.
Plan and execute basic marketing initiatives to support lead generation (e.g., LinkedIn outreach and Meta Ads support).
Manage inbound and outbound leads for GST, ITR, company registration, bookkeeping, and compliance services.
Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM/Google Sheets.
Share proposals and pricing, and coordinate with the CA/compliance team for smooth onboarding.
Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in BBA/B.Com/MBA or relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in business development / pre-sales within a service-based industry.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound outreach.
Working knowledge of basic marketing channels and lead-generation methods.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with CRM/Google Sheets/Email/WhatsApp tools.
Gujarati, English & Hindi required.
