BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (VOICE SUPPORT/TELE CALLER)
Work Location: Jaipur
Period: Full-Time
Job Type: Rotational/Flexible Shift
Responsibilities:
Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls Answer Calls Professionally And Provide Information About Products And Services.
Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Inquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions, Taken Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests.
Requirements: -
Strong Communications Skills.
Ability To Listen And Problem-Solving skills.
Strong Interpersonal Skills.
Basic Computer Skills.
Handling International Customers Over The Call Or Chat - Customer Care
Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in business development/sales is an added advantage preferably in B2C Ed-Tech segment.
Strong communication skills must have fluency in Hindi, and English.
Professional Attributes:
Accountable for responsibilities and one own's work.
Multi-tasking ability Ability to thrive with little supervision, to be proactive, and to deal with ambiguity As part of worldwide expansion, to have entire ownership of sales.
Ability to multitask and navigate in a dynamic environment while working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment Operational and Process driven in nature.
