Job Description
• B2B Lead Generation: Conduct lead generation activities through targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to build a list of qualified leads.
• Prospecting: Research and identify potential business clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within targeted industries.
• Cold Outreach: Execute cold outreach strategies through email and Linkedin to initiate conversations with potential clients and nurture relationships.
• Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases regularly, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
• Reporting: Track and report on lead generation performance, ensuring KPls such as email open rates, response rates, and conversions are met.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and goals.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation through email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot) and Linkedin Sales Navigator.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to research and identify business prospects using tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for generating quality leads.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
