About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Lead Generation Executive . If you're passionate about technology, curious about SaaS sales, and ready to build a career in business development—this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Research potential clients using tools like Linked In , Apollo.io , and Sales Navigator .
Support in designing and executing email and Linked In outreach campaigns.
Schedule and coordinate intro calls and meetings with prospective clients.
Relationship Building
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
Assist in nurturing early-stage relationships with professionalism and empathy.
Represent DMD with confidence and positivity in all touchpoints.
Sales & CRM Management
Update and manage prospect data in CRM platforms like Hub Spot or Salesforce .
Track campaign performance, follow-ups, and conversions diligently.
Market Research & Feedback
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and SaaS market updates.
Share key insights and feedback with the internal sales and marketing teams.
Collaboration & Learning
Collaborate with senior team members to refine outreach and lead gen strategies.
Assist in preparing sales decks , proposals, and marketing collateral.

What We’re Looking For


Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for learning and a drive to succeed in SaaS sales.
Comfort with Linked In and email-based outreach.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
✅ Preferred:
A curious, proactive, and open-minded attitude.
Interest in sales, outreach, or tech-based customer engagement.
Familiarity with tools like Google Docs , spreadsheets , or CRMs.
