Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and google
Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences and reinforce branding efforts.
Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules and campaign coordination.
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns and optimize ad performance through detailed targeting, A/B testing, and budget management.
Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to improve organic reach and search engine rankings for digital content.
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for growth.
Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding promptly to inquiries, and fostering community loyalty.
Proofread all content meticulously to maintain messaging accuracy, professionalism, and brand consistency.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a focus on lead generation.
Strong proficiency in social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch), social media management platforms , and analytics software (Google Analytics).
Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator; video editing experience is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO strategies including keyword research to enhance content visibility.
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that generate leads.
Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice consistency.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage authentically across multiple channels.
Experience in web analytics, branding initiatives, public relations activities, e-commerce strategies, photography, and proofreading is highly desirable.
