As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts in the US and UK markets. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to convert them into qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the US and UK markets using various sources such as online directories, social media platforms, industry-specific platforms, and other lead generation tools.
2. Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to engage with prospects, introduce our company's services, and generate interest in our offerings.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals to effectively position our company as a trusted solution provider.
4. Qualification: Evaluate the suitability of leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed on to the sales team for further engagement.
5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of lead information, activities, and interactions in the company's CRM system to track progress and enable effective follow-up.
6. Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with well-qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition of prospects into the sales pipeline.
7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine lead generation strategies.
8. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets as set by the company. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the US and UK markets. Experience in the IT or digital services industry is a plus.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively convey company value propositions and build rapport with potential clients.
4. Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, lead generation tools, and other software applications for efficient lead management and tracking.
5. Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve targets.
6. Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.
7. Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
8. Target-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and delivering high-quality leads.
