Job Description
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and providing solutions accordingly.
· Direct prospects to the field sales team for site visits and follow up with the client after the visit.
· Enter and update customer information in the database and keep records of calls and sales.
· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
· Keeping up to date with competitors and various projects in the market/ assigned territory.
· Leads Hygiene, providing proper feedback on leads assigned.
· Follow-up for Payments/dues.
· Achieve daily targets as assigned by the reporting manager and submitting work report.
· Internet Research, Email Discovery, Contact Details & List Building.
