Key Responsibilities
1. Prospect Research & Data Gathering:
- Conduct thorough online research to identify potential leads based on predefined criteria.
- Utilize a variety of sources such as LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases to gather contact details and key information about potential leads.
2. Lead Data Management:
- Maintain and update lead lists in Excel, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Input and organize data systematically to ensure easy retrieval and reporting.
3. Excel-Based Data Processing:
- Utilize Excel for lead generation activities, including sorting, filtering, and analyzing large datasets.
- Create pivot tables, charts, and reports as required to track progress and results.
- Ensure data quality by checking for duplicates, missing fields, and inaccuracies.
4. Lead Qualification:
- Review and qualify leads based on the provided criteria to ensure they are a fit for outreach.
- Regularly collaborate with sales/marketing teams to refine and improve lead generation processes and criteria.
5. Attention to Detail & Data Accuracy:
- Ensure the accuracy of all lead information collected by cross-verifying sources and data points.
- Conduct regular reviews of the lead lists to ensure there are no errors or omissions.
6. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and goals.
- Provide feedback on the quality of leads and suggest improvements to the criteria or processes.
7. Tracking and Reporting:
- Regularly track and report on lead generation progress using Excel and other CRM tools.
- Provide detailed reports to management on lead conversion rates, performance metrics, and data quality.
8. Handling Repetitive Tasks with High Accuracy:
- Perform repetitive data entry tasks while maintaining high focus and attention to detail.
- Ensure a consistent and steady flow of leads by adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
