Raveone Consultants is an MSME business excellence consulting organization. We consult on business excellence practices such as ISO systems, MBNQA, and EFQM programs. We also offer training, hiring, and other management consulting services.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate B2B sales leads for business consulting services
2. Schedule meetings with decision-makers for sales pitches/demos
3. Track leads in CRM and provides a report from time to time
4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
5. Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, mail campaigning
6. Set up meetings/ appointments with potential clients and listen to their requirements and pain areas
7. Populate the sales funnel and share the reporting daily
8. Ensure the availability of clients for sales and demonstrations for second-level calls with the seniors
+. Research and accumulate prospect databases and maintain them in CRM
10. Work on regular follow-ups with the clients
11. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
12. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Who can apply:
1. Proven experience as a sales executive/lead gen executive
2. Able to work with target-based assignments
3. Knowledge of consultative sales process preferred
4. Proficiency in English is a must
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
6. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a must
7. Thorough understanding of various sales tools, email campaigns, and CRM updating on a daily basis
8. Fast learner with and passion for sales

10. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
11. A graduate from a reputed university
