Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – Phone Outreach (Remote, Contractual)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily phone outreach to prospective clients (primarily colleges and universities) to introduce and pitch our virtual, instructor-led courses. This is a remote position, and your main goal will be to generate qualified leads and help drive our sales pipeline forward.
This is a performance-based contract position that may be closed at any time due to underperformance or lack of productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily outbound phone calls to prospective clients, primarily colleges and universities.
• Use a provided script to pitch our virtual, instructor-led courses effectively.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on their needs and challenges.
• Schedule meetings or follow-ups with decision-makers for senior sales team members.
• Keep detailed records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation roles.
• Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience using CRM software for lead management and tracking.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets in lead generation.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work remotely and independently.
• Experience in the education or online learning industry is a plus.
Contract Details:
• This is a contractual position with potential for extension based on performance.
• The contract may be terminated at any time due to underperformance or lack of productivity.
• Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
Requirements:
• Reliable phone line and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own time effectively.
• Flexibility to work with clients across different time zones, if required.
