Role & Responsibilities:
• Recipe Development & Standardization: Create and refine recipes for innovative nut and dry fruit-based products, including dragees and nut butter.
• Training: Train kitchen staff to maintain high standards in recipe execution and product consistency.
• Food Laboratory Operations: Oversee quality assurance, testing, and product development in the food lab.
• Special Projects: Collaborate on new product launches and unique culinary initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Expertise in culinary arts, recipe development, and creative cooking, particularly with dragees and nut butter.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and standards.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s/MBA in Hotel Management.
Experience:
8+ years in a similar role, with a focus on premium food products.
