Experience:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience working on full-scope projects in both print/ digital media.
Requirement:
• A degree in design or a design-related discipline (communication design, graphic design, commercial arts)
• A complete portfolio of all design projects showing a wide range of work
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a communication plan for a campaign idea across Print/ Digital Platform
• Delegate design tasks and provide support for junior-level design team members
• 3D skills and motion graphics skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Acute understanding of print materials and processes
• Coordinating with vendors for the execution of designs
• Identifying problem areas and coming up with solutions
Essential Qualities:
• Knowledge of Adobe suite, Corel Draw and other necessary graphics programs
• Active participation in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
• A flexible and problem-solving approach to work
• Creative, imaginative and lateral thinking
