Lead Graphic DesignerPay: $2+25 Per MonthExperience - ++ yearsLocation - Permanently remote, IndiaAbout the Role-Uplers is looking for Sr. Graphic Designers who are passionate about design, want to work in a multidisciplinary environment, and deliver excellent quality graphic solutions (both print and digital) to leading companies across multiple industry sectors. Expert, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly competitive environment, Self-starters who can identify opportunities and potential problems – and address them effectively and efficiently, Excellent communicators with strong organizational, and time management skills.Roles & Resposibilities-- Serves as project lead on graphic design projects as assigned by stakeholders.- Projects include: Branding, Infographics, Press Ads, Digital Ads, Flyer/Brochure, Multi-page Booklet, Large Format, Social Media, Video Graphic Packages, E-books, Posters, Landing pages, Emails/Newsletters and Website design- Ensures a full understanding of the creative objectives and needs of stakeholders and working in the same direction.- Maintains quality, consistency, and brand guidelines of all projects- Implements solutions with good artistry that can be easily be absorbed by fellow designers or team members.- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in and working knowledge of relevant professional concepts and related processes- Designs logos, colour palettes and stylesheets as required- Collaborating with multifunctional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, etc) to bring out absolutely aligned brand creatives- Creating checklists and roadmaps for the fellow designers to follow and abide to.- Act as a mentor and train team members if necessary.- Maintain project management chart and communicate the same with atmost transparency.- Creation of print ready assets based on international print guidelines and standards.- Communicate internally amongst multiple PMS and instant messaging tools to keep the team and your self in sync and motivated.Requirements- - Portfolio is MUST- ++ years of relevant work experience in Graphic designing- 5+ years in leading a team- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proven brand building ability (logos, print, digital, typography etc)Good To Have-- Animating, video editing and 3D skills are a plus, but not essential.- Knowledge of visual digital spaces, UI/UX, and how to leverage social media platforms.- HTML and CSS knowledge is a plusOur BeliefAt Uplers we have fostered the philosophy of being a People First organization by going permanently remote.
