You have 3+ years of hospitality experience
You may have worked as a concierge at a luxury hotel or as an experience specialist in a spa
You are physically able to be on your feet for several hours at a time, moving around the lobby quickly to assist tenants in a timely fashion
You are physically able to move outdoor furniture weighing up to 50lbs daily
You are proficient with both the Google suite (what lulafit uses) and Microsoft Office (what our clients use)
Don’t worry, you don’t need to be great at PowerPoint nor super savvy with Excel

Responsibilities
Your Mission: As Lead Hospitality Ambassador, you’ll spend your workday in the expansive 27th floor of the building, providing a five-star experience for each tenant and guest at the Transamerica Pyramid
As the first point of contact for entry to the floor, you’ll anticipate the needs of each person as they enter the floor, assuring a memorable and extraordinary experience
You’ll be the source of knowledge for neighborhood information, able to direct tenants to suggested restaurants and events in the area
The Legacy You’ll Leave: As the unforgettable first-impression for tenants and guests at The Pyramid, you built a deep and meaningful relationship with each and every person who came through the doors and were a pillar in making their experience at work more joyful
Provide a five-star welcome experience: Within the amenity floor, foster a hospitality rich environment by infusing hospitality into all tenant and guest interactions
Ensure every person who enters feels welcomed and is personally greeted, providing proactive assistance for a seamless experience
Tenant Relationships and Anticipatory Service: Foster deep and meaningful relationships with tenants in the building in order to personalize future interactions and ensure details are shared with the greater team
Learn and anticipate tenant needs and preferences to provide them with personalized solutions + offer surprise and delight moments
Be the Neighborhood and Property Expert: Provide tailored recommendations for local dining, retail and other key locations in the area
Tenants know to come to you for information on nearby special events and upcoming occasions
You know the story of the property and can educate all who come to visit

Building Team Partnership and Collaboration: Liaise and collaborate with property management, leasing, janitorial, security and maintenance teams to ensure pristine condition of the property at all times
Support with new tenant welcome + move-in experience
Team and Operational Support: You will be responsible for directly managing two Hospitality Ambassadors on-site.Assist the Tenant Experience Director and other on-site team members as needed to ensure the best possible tenant experience
This may include preparing stations for promotional activities, redirecting deliveries, upholding security guidelines, and entering work orders
In this role you’ll be communicating and engaging with hundreds of people each day
You will innately understand how to communicate to all levels of tenants and approach each interaction with a welcoming, professional energy
