About the role

As a SME I do handle various activities of HR shared services to meet the operational critical metrics as per agreed

SLAs, also to implement CI methodology within the team

In this job, I am accountable for:

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation for their teams

Deep expertise in a particular process or field

First line team supervisory responsibility on process mentoring, on the job training, coordinating and communicating

Maintain relationships with multiple partners, handle partner concerns within process

Solves complex operational problems

Provide operational inputs to the Manager WL2 on time

Identify the process gaps and bridge through operational excellence & innovation

Be accountable to all the operational documentation (SOP,DPM, Aris Map etc.)

Be accountable to meet the operational deliverables on a consistent basis

Being proactive to foresee the challenges and assess the risk

Background of working in HR Shared Services/ Core

Process Knowledge - Domain expert in DC

HR environment is desirable though it’s not a must.

Working on Complex Cases

Experience in DC administration preferred

Adv MS Office - Excel, Word, Power-point

Understanding of UK legislation and compliance

Eye-to-Detail, CI - Foundation Certified

requirements preferred

Planning & Organizing, Stakeholder management

Project transition experience preferred

Process Mapping Tools and Techniques

Preferable to have in depth knowledge of DC

Problem Solving, Process Coaching
