Location : Gurgaon
Job Description :
- Managing the entire recruitment life-cycle which includes end-to-end recruiting through the use of the Recruitment Management System.
- Redefining the entire recruitment process to customize to the organization's needs.
- Involved in manpower planning activities in conjunction with various teams like Operations, Support, and Technology.
- Tracking and organizing all applicant data including application processing, interviews, and providing information to potential applicants who were completing applications for employment.
- Handling compensation negotiations, setting the right expectations with the candidate, and offer rollout, followed by joining/ onboarding formalities.
- Advice on risk mitigation strategies for complex employee issues & concerns (both individual and collective)
- Conducting New hire induction program across levels.
- Performing reference check.
Formulating and improvising job descriptions for the new positions according to the SLA.
- Co-coordinating with operations and training department-post recruitment activity.
- Preparing regular Hiring Floor Reports, Ad-hiring reports, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Interacting with VP-HR and the business unit heads to provide timely reports about the closures.
- Developing and training recruiters on prescreening, voice evaluation, operations, recruitment MIS and salary negotiation. Assisting Recruiters with the interview orientation process.
- Measuring Attrition on monthly basis and involved in the analysis to ensure better retention.
- Accountable for Employee Relations involving Employee Retention, Rewards, Engagement & Activities Planner, Employee Referral & Data Management, Grievance, and Event Management.
- Handle IJPs (Internal Job Postings) for any position in the organization.
- Ensuring proper joining and exit formalities of employees.
