5+ Year of Residential HVAC Service Experience
Knowledge of HVAC products and services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
Positive attitude
Hard working
Must be reliable
Must have valid driver's license
Must pass a background check

As a Senior Residential HVAC Technician for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing maintenance and service tasks.
