In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java, Golang, or Python. Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Deploy, manage, and monitor applications using Kubernetes in a cloud-native environment. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Required Skills 5 to 10 years of experience in backend development. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Golang, or Python. Experience with any database technology (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications. Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
