5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Bangalore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai Role description JOB Role - Power apps location - Bangalore/ Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps) and Dataverse. Configure and manage user permissions and security roles effectively. Build and manage Business Process Flows, custom connectors, and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem. Support L1/L2 activities and ensure SLA adherence for incidents and service requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Work in Agile development environments and support CI/CD implementations. Ensure solutions adhere to ITSM, SDLC, and compliance standards. Required Skills: Proven experience in developing applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven). Hands-on expertise with Power Automate and integration with various data sources. Strong understanding of user roles and permission configuration in Power Platform. Good exposure to n-tier architecture, database design, and client-server models. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITSM tools, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in support-based environments is a plus. Preferred Skills: Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-400). Experience working on support projects (L1/L2) with SLA adherence. Exposure to other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
