Hands-on Development: Engage in new development as well as support, maintain, and enhance existing applications using C#, Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, ASP.NET Web Forms, and AJAX. Collaboration: Work closely with Agile team members to address technical impediments and ensure smooth project execution. Innovative Approaches: Implement innovative solutions for infrastructure, performance optimization, and automation. Production Support: Participate in production support for incidents and provide expert technical resources. Documentation: Review and approve documentation and diagrams created by IT team members. Technical Expertise: Act as a senior-level IT technical lead, providing direction and identifying potential solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 6 years working on the .NET platform, including experience with .NET 4.5. Skills: Proficiency in version control systems, web development, project estimating, and planning. Certifications: Preferred certifications include ITIL, AWS, CSM, MCSD, TOGAF, GCP. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching junior engineers. Desired Skills: Web Development: Experience with JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, ASP.NET MVC, and AngularJS. Integration Projects: Ability to architect and develop integration projects using web services.
