With branches spread across 26 states and 6 union territories, the branches act as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is, hence, an integral part of the Bank’s strategy. Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from New-To Bank (NTB) customers, and are also core drivers of the Bank’s customer engagement strategy across products and services.

• Drive enablers for the mapped book
• Portfolios Analysis of SA, CA RTD Mapped book
• Projects – Branch of the Future (BOTF) & Siddhi
• Lead CRM Initiatives
• Drive Golden Hour Review of BOH
• Mapped book Customer Profiler
• Branch Operations Head and Cluster Review Rhythm
• Drive Calendar Contact Engagement Program
• Drive Individual RTD Penetration in mapped book
Job Requirements:
• For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
• Experience of working as BRO/ RM is preferred
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Bank
