Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage high-profile interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, translating them into stunning
design concepts.
• Mentor and guide junior design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring cutting-edge design solutions to our
projects.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a design team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Interior Design/Architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
• Strong design acumen and creativity, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas
effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with
clients.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals, meet sales targets, and drive business growth.
• Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
