Lead IT Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist to help us grow. Recruitment Specialist is responsible for complete Recruitment Lifecycle process including sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles to our clients. You will also network online with potential candidates to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure attracting the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions smoothly. In this role we expect you to achieve your daily and monthly targets and will be responsible for own accountabilities and responsibilities.
